Orders are shipped by UPS ground within 5 working days after receipt of your order. Our shipping and handling (S/H) charges are based on average costs and include no profit.  Schools, libraries and other institutions: We will ship and bill against orders on your purchase order form or letterhead.  Individuals: Please pre-pay by check, Visa or Mastercard. PA residents: please add 6% sales tax to non-school orders.  Shipping and handling charges: For mixed or single titles: 1-4 copies $6.50, 5-9 copies $7.25, 10 or more copies at UPS cost per weight and destination. Only one shipping/handling charge applies to your entire order of mixed or single titles.  Quantity Discounts  Multiple copies of many of our books may be useful to in-service training, workshops and distribution to personnel for professional development.The following discounts apply to multiple copy orders of the same title (not mixed titles) delivered to one location:                         • 5-9 copies of one title - 10%                          • 10 or more copies of one title - 25%              The cost of UPS shipping is re-billed at cost on quantity orders.
