In February 2008, One2One Computer Services, Inc. completed an upgrade of all our web hosting servers and software to be able to provide more and better services to our clients. Because of this upgrade, clients who exclusively used One2One's webmail system to store thier mail, may want to download the mail off of the server before it is shut down so that they can retain a copy of the mail..

Below, you'll find a complete walk thorugh for Microsoft Outlook 2007, including screenshots, to help you change your mail program to use the correct server settings to get your mail from the old servers.
Configure Outlook 2007 for One2One Hosted E-mail using the old server settings:
1. Open Outlook. Select Account Settings... from the Tools menu.
2. On the E-mail tab, click New.
3. Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click Next >.
4. Select "Internet E-mail" and click Next >.
5. Enter the following information for E-mail Accounts.
Your Name: Enter the name you wish recipients to see when they receive your message.
E-mail Address: Enter your Full e-mail address.
    Account Type: POP3
    Incoming mail server: Enter mail.one2onecomputers.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Enter mail.one2onecomputers.com (or use your ISP's outgoing server)
User Name: Enter the first part of your e-mail address (before the @ symbol).
Password: If you wish for Outlook to save your password, check the box labeled "Remember Password" and enter your password in the text field.
6. Click the "More Settings..." button
7. Click on the Outgoing Server tab, and check the box labeled "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication." Then choose to "Use same settings as my incoming mail server."
8. Click OK in the Internet E-Mail Settings.
9. Click Next. Click Finish.
Outlook is now configured to send and receive mail.
